I can’t say enough about the fantastic experience at L Furniture – from shopping through purchasing to delivery/setup, this team knows how to do Customer Service right. I was surprised at the level of service and quality given the store truly takes no frills approach to the showroom. Don’t be surprised when you walk in and don’t see the typical design showroom common to most furniture stores — take the time to talk to the owners about the products and your needs. They are incredibly knowledgeable and there is absolutely no pressure to buy. We purchased a custom platform bed and two mattresses on this visit. The products were delivered on time and the delivery team was friendly and professional and as customer service focused as the store owners. I highly recommend L Furniture and hope they continue to expand their product offerings as this will be my first stop for future furniture needs.

I called L Furniture asking if they had a gray upholstered bed in stock. They did. I drove there from Naramata to find that they not only had the bed, they had it unwrapped so I could see it. It was exactly what I wanted. The price was right. It was re-wrapped, paid for and loaded in the truck in no more than ten minutes. Now that’s what I call service! L Furniture will be the first place I look for furniture and I will recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Helpful, friendly service at the store. Knowledgeable as well with fabrics and layouts of the custom built couches. Quick delivery and setup once the piece was constructed and at the store. The men who setup the couch were friendly and professional.

I love the extra firm cushion couch. The first time we came in they told us that all of the couches made in Canada were customize-able. At the time was not really sure what to make of that, but they showed us their options. In the end we got exactly what we were looking for (They did not have lime green, but the midnight blue is beautiful and probably for the best). I found the price very reasonable, and I’m very happy with the quality.

The quality is top notch and the fact we were able to select the fabric and foam densities for our couch at no extra cost was amazing! The price was also untouchable by other stores and the cheapest comparable couch we could find was anywhere from $800-$1000 more then we paid; and that was without customizing. I would and will highly recommend L Furniture to all friends and family!

We are extremely happy with our new sectional – the LF team was very knowledgeable and the product is top notch…and Canadian made!! Everything can be customized from sectional length, material type and color (probably 50+ to choose from), firmness of everything single cushion and they even tossed in a couple of free pillows in whatever material we wanted as well!
Their delivery estimation was almost exact and they delivery crew even showed up a bit early (something that’s never happened to me before…). The delivery drivers were very careful, professional and made their cleanliness in our house a top priority.

This was my first experience with LF and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone I meet. Thank you very much and we look forward to dealing with them again.
