We guarantee that our furniture will have gaps and cracks, but will not fall apart for as long as you own it! We cover shipping charges for replacement parts during your first year of ownership.

We guarantee foam, fabric, and mechanisms (non-wood parts) against faulty workmanship for one year from the date of delivery.

Because most mills do not guarantee their fabric, we do not accept responsibility for fabric wear or fading. We limit this guarantee to the original purchaser and to furniture used indoors under normal residential conditions. Your invoice serves as your proof of purchase.
